I’m one busy lady. I cook, I travel and I raise children. I juggle life to the best of my ability and take whatever life throws at me. In short, I think I am addicted to stress.
You will know me better as Emma from MasterChef. I fancied entering for a bit of a laugh and ended up a finalist. Wasn’t quite what I’d imagined but the path it then led me down has been incredible. I got myself an agent, a book deal and a career in food which I then merged with my travel career. Bringing my two greatest passions together was my ultimate dream. Culinary holidays!
Fress, my debut cookbook published in April 2017, was a huge achievement for me. To have a collection of my most cherished and prized recipes all bound together in a stunning vivid pink book is pretty special. To know my four girls won’t have to scrabble around trying to find recipes for the food they enjoyed in their childhood was reason enough to feel proud. I dabble in catering, I sometimes teach small, private groups or individuals, I speak at events and work with brands to promote their goods, or develop recipes for them, I host press trips for food bloggers, post recipes I love to this website and still run my travel baby, Essential Escapes and Tots too. All this whilst doing probably the most important job of them all for me, being a wife and a mother to four young and highly demanding princesses.
